Today we celebrate our Harvest Thanksgiving, and will be donating our gifts to the Food Bank. Please note their Poster at the back of the Church as they will continue to welcome all the support we can give.
FLOWER TEAM Many thanks once again to the Flower Team for the time and talents they devote to beautifying St Giles’ and especially at this time of an important Festival.
LONDON MARATHON We are proud that Glyn Wise, who is on placement with us, is running the London Marathon this weekend, raising funds for the Salvation Army
CHURCH COMMITTEE The deferred meeting will take place here tomorrow (Monday 3rd) at 7pm
SOCIAL LUNCH This will be held on Thursday (6th October) at 12pm, the cost being £4.50
CHURCH STREET ROADWORKS Please be aware that from Friday 7th - Friday 21st the Church will have PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ONLY while these works are in progress
TABLE TOP SALE This will take place on Saturday 8th September between 9am and 1.30pm

THE MEMORIAL SERVICE for Queen Elizabeth II will take place at 6.30pm this evening, attended by the Mayor and Civic Leaders, and to which all are welcome

CONCERT The Ifton Colliery Band and the Wrexham Concert Band are performing here on Saturday (24th September) at 7.30pm
HARVEST SONGS OF PRAISE On Friday 30th September, Holy Trinity (Rhostyllen) are planning to hold a Mission Area Harvest Songs of Praise followed by a Hotpot Supper. We are invited to choose a hymn—and of course let us know if you plan to attend so that numbers can be known
CITY CELEBRATION This service will now take place on Saturday 1st October at 11.30am
